Véhicule non stationné à l'adresse prévue. Gros stress en ne voyant pas le véhicule sachant que c'était pour déménager un appartement avec des délais très serrés. Et que j'avais choisi ce véhicule expressément en raison de sa localisation.
J'ai dû faire 30 minutes de marche pour aller récupérer le véhicule.
En conséquence prise du véhicule avec 50 minutes de retard, le stress occasionné et de surplus on me facture des frais pour l'avoir restituée en retard.
Très mauvaise expérience.
