Autovermieter kam weder bei der Abholung noch bei der Rückggabe pünktlich zum Treffpunkt (10-15 min zu spät), Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation über die App war äußerst schwierig und unverlässlich, das Auto wurde kurzfristig am Abholort ohne Angabe von Gründen und ohne Preisreduktion geändert, es wurde nicht erklärt wie der rudimentäre Bluetooth-Adapter vom Ersatzauto funktionierte, erst später nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen in der App und Vermeidung des Besizters wieder auf das ursprünglich geliehene Auto zu wechseln, wurde erklärt wie der Adapter funktioniert, der keinen guten Klang hatte und Störfrewuenzen von sich gab. Das (Ersatz-)Auto selbst war sehr dreckig, hatte gewisse Funktionseinschränkungen und war voller Schrammen und Dellen. Ich musste weit über die Norm hinaus akribische Fotodokumentation betreiben um sicher zu gehen alle Mängel aufzunehmen. Die Achse hat sich beim Lenken instabil angefühlt, sehr fraglich wann der letzte Service war. Tanklevel wurde in Frage gestellt. Übel!
