Contacting the driver

You will be able to contact the driver from the moment the rental is booked. Go to Your rentals and select the relevant rental. You can contact the driver through the "Messages" tab. We advise you contact the driver as soon as you can if you have any specific requests or if you need them to make changes to the rental.
