If the owner left a spare tire in the car, change it and let the owner know as soon as possible.
Roadside assistance covers towing in case of puncture where the car can't be driven anymore.
In case of a puncture, the cost of replacement tires are the responsibility of the driver.
If the puncture is due to faulty maintenance, if the tyre is more than 5 years old or if the puncture is due to abnormal wear of the tires, the cost of replacement tires are the responsibility of the owner. Please note that, in Germany and Austria, the charge for puncture repairs is at €200 for category 1 and vans (€250 for category 2 and 3). In France, Belgium and Spain the amount is €200 for category 1 and vans (€300 for category 2 and 3, €400 for category 4 for France).

In the event of a puncture, the driver is responsible for paying for the tires that need to be replaced.
The driver is responsible for covering the entire cost of the punctured tire, up to the deductible. If the tire on the opposite side needs to be replaced, the driver is responsible for covering up to 1,500 kr of this cost.
A discount is given on both tires, 20% per year from the production date until the tires are 5 years old. If a purchase receipt is presented, the discount will apply per year from the date of purchase.
