To find your car, go to Your rentals > Relevant rental. One hour before the start of the rental, the ‘Pickup’ button will be available on this page.
If you cannot see the car's location in the app
This might occur for several reasons:
You went to the location provided, but cannot find the car there
Depending on the case:
If you still cannot locate the car, contact the owner. Their number is displayed on the page of your rental.
For Key Exchange rentals, you need to reach out to the owner to set a meeting place and time before the rental starts. At the end of the rental, you'll also need to set a meeting place and time to drop off the car.
