How to report illegal content?

Different forms of content are available on our platform: car listings, car and user reviews, as well as user profile descriptions.

If you find any content you consider to be illegal, you can report it here. For example, if it’s deceptive content on key elements that affect the driver’s consent when booking the car (model, equipment, age or kilometers/mileage, pictures of the car on the listing etc), discriminatory content, content related to terrorism, child pornography, sexual abuse/exploitation or inciting to racial hate and/or violence.

To help us in our investigations following your report, we ask you to provide us with as much detailed information as possible (i.e. the reason you consider the content illegal, direct link to the illegal content or sufficient information to find it).

This form can only be used to report illegal content. If you have general questions about the platform or a rental, you should use this form.

Any misuse of our reporting system may lead to the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
