All cars are covered by roadside assistance. In the event of a breakdown, you must contact the 24/7 assistance, and inform the owner as soon as possible.
You can contact our roadside assistance partner by going to Rental > Help > Call Roadside Assistance, which will put you through to our dedicated team.

Please be aware that the refund process will be activated only if you us to declare your roadside issue.
If you can, take a picture of the fuel gauge to have a trace of the fuel that was left at the time of the breakdown.
If you decide to wait for the car to be repaired, you will be responsible for bringing the car back on time or for extending the rental.
If the breakdown was caused by incorrect use of the car during the rental, you will be solely responsible for all roadside assistance costs, including all resulting costs such as towing, impound, retrieval, and administrative charges.
If you are worried that your car is not safe to drive at the beginning of the rental, please contact us directly. We will advise you whether you need to call roadside assistance or not.
