Users with an active rental (due to start within 4 hours/started/ended less than 4 hours ago)

Users can contact us on the phone from 4 hours before their rental starts until 4 hours after the rental ends.

  1. Go into the app
  2. Click on the rental
  3. Click ‘Help’ in the top right corner of the screen
  4. Click ‘Contact Getaround’

Business hours:

  • 7 days a week: 7AM-10PM Eastern // 6AM-9PM Central/Local // 4AM-10PM Pacific

Roadside Assistance

To call our 24/7 roadside assistance, open your rental page in the app and click on “Help.” Click here for more information about breakdowns.

Claims

You can follow an ongoing claims case on the corresponding incident page:

  1. Log in via the website. (The incident page isn’t available on the app for now.)
  2. Go to “Your Rentals” and select the relevant one from your list of ended rentals.
  3. Click on “Incident report #XXXXX”
  4. If you don’t find your answer there, click on “contact us” at the bottom of the page.
