You can report a malfunctioning car in your review at the end of the rental by clicking on "Report a security problem with this car". Our team will immediately process the necessary verifications on the car so that we can be sure that it meets our safety requirements before it is rented again.

If you notice a malfunction during your rental which is preventing the car from functioning normally, or poses a safety risk to you and your passengers we recommend that you contact our Roadside Assistance partners immediately, they are contactable 24/7 to assist you.
